This is the first evidence i have been able to find on the net
Now i am at least a second victim of this “person”. I was working on http://landrica.com as a frontend developer and partially as a designer(was cutting the main background image the one which contain forms and all the text on the index page).
I filed a DMCA claim to his hoster which was liquidweb.com but afer approx. 3 weeks of fighting with him – the hoster had suspended his account for 3 times in a row – but at the end he won, cause filed counter-claim where he stated that he is the only owner of all the code, etc…

Avoid this “person”.
